Maybe it is my lack of knowledge with this system but I said I would check in at 3pm as the website states but standing in a shop at 2.57 to get the keys and told the lock doesn't open until exactly 3pm was strange. I thought there might have been at least 15-20 mins flexibility but this wasn't the end of the world.

Very well organised, with great and clear instructions given. A nice place with all the amenities I needed. A good-sized tv with fast internet. Kitchen facilities are all available - a home from home. Parking was available for one car too. The owner was pleasant and helpful too,
