Place was nice, a little dated but clean, we had an efficiency so could make coffee and breakfast. It was October and pool was open and clean. There was a bottle of orange juice in the refrigerator when we arrived but no vodka :) :)

Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and broad walk. Easy to find and relatively close to restaurants.
