Nice space for a large group. The 2 lounge areas was great for us to spend out. And the view of the sea was lovely.

This house is ideally located, in between the high street and the train station, and close to the seafront in North Berwick. The rooms are comfortable, and there's a large kitchen and dining space so that you can eat as a group. We had a very minor issue with some missing keys on arrival, but communication with the property managers over the weekend was great and it meant it didn't affect our stay at all. Would happily stay here again, and would recommend this property for large groups visiting North Berwick.

Location was amazing, lovely big old house with plenty of rooms and spaces for us all to be together and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and handy having all bed linen and towels provided. The two lounges plus dining room and kitchen was ideal, and everything was bigger than photos looked. Host was helpful with communication before our stay and street parking was fine.

Great location, close to the town and lovely view of the sea from the upstairs living room. Large house with lots of space for the 6 of us. Well kitted out, everything we needed Including comfortable beds, clean towels and basic toiletries.
