Spectacular views from the room and balcony! Lots of bugs and insects but I believe that's to be expected anyplace you stay - it is rural Laos. Showers were not great - no pressure, inconsistent hot water. Aircon works fabulously. Fans were a little noisy but you can switch them off at night.

Room was basic but no issues at all. Tea and coffee facilities provided. The balcony was a real winner, we spent hours sitting by the water, it was a gorgeous view.

Great room overlooking the river with a big balcony. Room was a good size and clean on arrival. Staff were helpful. Would recommend to stay here if visiting Nong Khiaw - when we arrived we saw the building from a distance and thought it looked the nicest in the town!
