Location was great, close to Paris for the start of our trip and close to Disney to stay at the end of our trip. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of freshly made food.

The bed was comfortable. The location is quite close to a ReR station, and it is easy to arrive in Paris. The automatic vending machine on the ground floor is a plus.
