Tomy took us from airport which was very convenient and fast. The room is very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the aircon very quiet. Tomy sorted out a messy booking for Sa Pa which we messed up spending long time on the phone to advocate on our behalf/well done Tomy.

Used the hotel to save us the travel in the morning to the airport. Check in was very quick and easy, the location was also good, around 8 mins from the airport with car. The room was big enough for a 1 night stay and even though it was this close to the airport and it's virtually right next to a main road, it was very quiet.
