Please contact the property for more details.The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.To use the hotel's shuttle, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The shuttle leaves from Kamori Building, a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station.To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance.The "Oni Sauna" with the theme of Oni in Noboribetsu Onsen, the land of hot springs will be opened from 12:30 on Saturday, September 10, 2022.Please relax in an open space where you can enjoy both Noboribetsu Onsen and sauna.The hot springs on second floor are under renovation from June 19, 2023 to July 6, 2023.
Renovation work is done from 10:00 to 15:00 daily.All guest rooms will be non-smoking from March 1, 2023 (Wednesday). Smoking is permitted in the smoking areas on the 1st and 3rd floors.Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Lovely location in the thermal area of Noboribetsu Onsen, close to bus station. Spacious, comfortable newly renovated room with our own onsen bath with view into trees. Very comfortable bed. Buffet style dining had many options and was enjoyed. We appreciated the Yuyu liner bus service which we used to travel from Sapporo to the Grand Hotel made the journey convenient.

We had a very spacious and clean room, with comfortable futon. We liked the little tea treat that was included, they refreshed and changed it on different days. Beautiful baths with reasonable variety (no massage based ones though) and it was helpful the type of bath was in English as well. Staff were very friendly. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. Location was walking distance to shops/konbini and Jigokudane valley.
