Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our trip to Japan. It was our first onsen experience, so I was a bit nervous about the rules and etiquette, but in the end, we enjoyed every minute of it. There are so many baths to choose from, and all the areas are very well maintained. My partner mentioned that the men’s side had a beautiful view of Hell Valley—you can actually sit in the bath and take it all in. We used the onsen early in the morning and late at night, so it never felt crowded. I also really appreciated that they provided a full range of shampoos and skincare products to use after your soak. Our room was on the main building, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Since we stayed two nights, they let us know they would clean the room at 11 a.m. on our second day. We left at 10:55 and returned briefly at 11:25 to grab something—and by then, the entire room and bathroom were already cleaned, everything replaced, and even new sets of yukatas laid out. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were! If you're planning to visit Noboribetsu, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The others didn’t look nearly as nice from the outside and didn’t seem to offer much in terms of views. This one is absolutely worth every penny.

Excellent location. Just outside the Hell Valley. Very good OSEN taking hot spring water directly from Hell Valley.

The service is absolutely excellent,the staff takes great care of the guests and it truly feels like a 5 star experience, the amenities are impressive, we had a great time there and honestly can only recommend for a relaxing time and great onsen. Breakfast has a lot of options and is delicious too. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
