The riad is very nicely located in the center of Nizwa. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the ability to use the kitchen if we wanted

The location was okay a little bit further back form the main fort but still walkable. There was no parking onsite so you do have to search around the nearby streets and hope to find one. The room we booked was super tiny so we did an upgrade but this was still very basic. However bedding was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful

The location was excellent, very central in within the walls of Old Nizwa. Zita was the lovely member of the team we dealt with. Always friendly, available and willing to help.
