Firstly the property is at a prime location, just few meters away from nizwa Souq and Nizwa fort. Secondly the property has all the facilities one would need to stay comfortably, big rooms, a/c, kitchen, terrace and big courtyard where you can sit in the evenings. The property is close to many restaurants, currency exchange shops and hypermarket. Also, the bus to Muscat departs from nearby this place. Sadiq is amazing,👌 he helped me book my tickets to Muscat and also let me check out late. Not to mention, we already did an early check in. There is also a cat staying at the property🥰I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in nizwa.

very nice hosts, clean and quiet rooms, very good price per room, in the middle of Nizwa. Nima guest house ist very close in walking distance to: the fort, to many restaurants (the best we had in Oman was the "Liwan" Restaurant!), to the goat market on fridays early in the moring. We stayed 3 nights. On most of the days you get breakfast in the guesthous if you want, once we went to have breakfast in the Antique Inn hotel (for 4 Riads).
