- shadow in the garden, where you can sit nicely - kitchen for use - very quite - very nice lady in the main hotel, who helps with everything - use of the pool in the main hotel possible

The owner is a local that has a very big knowledge about Nizwa. Calm. Comfy bed. Price is amazing. Good WiFi and also parking.

The people there are great. I recommend taking a trip to Jebel Shams with Mohammad. Beautiful trip, and included a perfect barbeque that he made!

Nice big room, its not a hostel, more an appartement with 2 double rooms. Common living roim and kitchen and terrasse . Friendly owner and family (next door). Also check out Riad Nizwa - same owner, close to the city and pool !!
