The staff are very, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very well maintained. The cleanliness is one of the best I've experienced in Oman thus far. It was also the most comfortable bed. It is important to enquire about the bathroom prior to booking because some rooms have a bathroom located outside of the actual room. The proximity to the fort and local souq adds to the allure of the place. Not forgetting the in-house artist whose amazing work is on exhibition in the foyer.

Amazing location - close to all main things you want to visit in Nizwa. Rooms are quite basic, but they offer all you need for your staying. The staff is really nice and always happy to help with extra info or things.
