Very beautiful property, palm trees all around. The room had traditional decorations and was comfortable. The hotel is very central, only a few minutes walk from the fort and the souk. The staff was nice and helpful, and the owner was very kind.

Lovely clean and spacious room, decorated in traditional Omani decor. Parking outside on the road, and an easy 5m walk through some little streets to Nizwa centre / castle /fort. Great Aircon. Staff were friendly, although kept out of your way.

This hotel is a calm and cozy retreat filled with greenery, featuring a fantastic garden right in the heart of the old town. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having breakfast in the palm garden was a delightful way to start the day. Highly recommended!

The location was very good, with the souks within walking distance. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early. We visited the goat market (only on Fridays), and it was amazing—unlike anything we had ever seen. Make sure you arrive on time, or you might miss it!
