We had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel right in the heart of Nizwa’s old city. The location couldn’t be better, everything from the souk and the fort to the castle and the mosque was within a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing on foot. Despite being so central, the atmosphere at the inn was calm and relaxing, a perfect escape after a day of exploring. The property itself was surprisingly spacious, with a refreshing pool and strong air conditioning that made the stay even more comfortable. Parking was also very easy, just about 10 steps away from the entrance, which was a big plus given the narrow lanes of the old town. Overall, a peaceful and well-located place to stay with all the essentials. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nizwa and looking for something quiet but central.

Modern bathrooms and furnishings with traditional Arabic elements, very well located. Very clean. The private pool in the small courtyard (with massage jets) was fantastic in the current 40-degree heat!
