Was absolutely fantastic and great value for money. Room was quite small but we knew that going in to it and jammed 3 mates into the 2 queen beds but was very manageable. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful throughout all of the stay. Free shuttle in the morning to the slopes before 10 was incredible. Is otherwise about a 15 minute walk uphill to the very bottom ski lift which can be a bit of a hassle in all your gear. Free buffet breakfast was also good. A good mix and variety. Facilities were all clean and had no issues. Would stay again as was so cheap compared to rest of Hirafu :)

You can tell the staff puts a lot of effort in making you feel comfortable! They take you every morning to the mountain. Its near a los of bars and has a town shuttle that has a stop near the hotel. You have an amazing breakfast and dinner included. Thank you for everything! I would definitly go back.

Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options each morning, including a continental breakfast, Japanese food, and Chinese food. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they have lockers and storage space for your skiiing/snowboarding gear. There is also a shuttle van that takes you to the gondola, which is free between certain hours in the morning. Otherwise it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the gondola (depending on the conditions).
