- The front desk closes at 18:00 between 1 May and 31 October. During this period, late check-in until 19:30 is accepted only if the property is notified in advance.
- The front desk is open 24-hours between 1 December and 30 April.Please note that requesting an extra bed costs a different amount in summer and winter. Please contact the property directly for more details.Eco Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days or 7 days.

Great location, beds were comfy. Modern apartment. I love the toilets. All we needed to be self sufficient

The apartment is well heated and was cleaned well. It was particularly helpful that Vacation Niseko left some tea, coffee, salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid and laundry powder as well as handsoap and sufficient toilet paper. The collection of the keys was not from the reception desk at Kizuna, but instead from the reception of another hotel, which was pretty inconvenient and meant check-in took far longer than expected. The staff at collection were very helpful and friendly and helped moved our luggage from the check-in location to Kizuna.
