Proximity to the beach and tavernas; lovely views; option of heated swimming pool; pool table on veranda; above all Napoleon’s friendly ongoing advice during the holiday.

Perfect location and very well equipped. Pool area is fabulous. Walkable to beach bars and restaurants. Oliva restaurant is well worth a visit. Highly recommend for a family holiday. Thanks Napoleon!

The villa and garden are lovely and very spacious, has a great pool, good AC, and very close to the beach. We loved the turtle in the garden, the Billiard table, the porch and the pool side. Napoleon, the host was very helpful and nice!
