Great location and very convenient for exploring the area. We could borrow bicycles, which was a great way to get around. The owner was very helpful – she arranged our transportation and also helped us get tickets for the Bird Park. We really appreciated her support and hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Phuong and her family are very hospitable and happy people. They are always ready to help. The room which is actually a small single house is large enough to accomodate two people comfortably. The swimming pool is also nice.

We travelled (couple) with my 70 year old parents and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the bungalows and the breakfast. Very close to center and to main attractions. My husband and me enjoyed everyday a massage in the Viet Anh Spa: full body, stone and foot massage. Before our sleeper bus ride to Sapa we were allowed to keep one room for our luggage and to shower before leaving. Phuong helped to buy bus tickets and she and her husband brought us to the bus station.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The hosts are very kind and friendly. They always want to help you with anything you need. We arrived at 4 in the morning, and checking in was no problem at all. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the location is very good. We also recommend to book tours, transportation and other services directly with the hotel, because it has better prices. We would definitely stay here again!
