Loved the location - 2 minute walk to main area of tam Coc and walking distance to lots of nice restaurants. Very clean room, owned and ran by a lovely family. Laundry service excellent and very affordable. Breakfast was the best I have had in Vietnam - the mango was unlike any I’d ever tried! They even made homemade pineapple jam! The air conditioning was so good! Loved our stay, highly recommend.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience during my stay in the Tam Coc/ Ninh Binh area. It was in a prime location (a few minutes walk from the ticketing entrance for the Tam Coc river boating) but nicely tucked away from the main street. The host stayed in contact with me on WhatsApp before my arrival & allowed me to check in early if they are able to (I arrived at 6 am & was able to drop my luggage in the front. The breakfast was nice & simple and staff was friendly.

We were given a lovely welcoming cup of tea and then shown to our little villa. Spacious with a high ceiling and clean ensuite that was well stocked with toiletries, including a razor. Lovely host who made us a beautiful home cooked breakfast.

Excellent accommodation, I'd choose it again. The place is super comfy, the location is perfect and the host is great. It also has well maintained bicycles to hire!
