We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning place. The property itself is beautiful—spacious, peaceful, and immaculately clean. Even though it’s located close to restaurants and local conveniences, the atmosphere is incredibly quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect escape from the noise and crowds. One of our favorite features was the pool. It was a true highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off after long, humid hikes in Ninh Binh. We spent a lot of time there just unwinding, and it really added to the whole relaxing vibe of the stay. There are also plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax in throughout the property: in the welcoming lobby, next to the pool, and in the cozy common area. There’s even a small rooftop terrace upstairs, which offers a peaceful space to enjoy the breeze and views—great for an early morning coffee or a quiet moment in the evening. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the hospitality. The hosts are some of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve met during our travels. We spent a lot of time just talking with them—they made us feel completely at home and were always available to help. They gave us great tips on what to do and see in Ninh Binh, including some hidden gems we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. From the warm conversations to the thoughtful details throughout the property, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly, highly recommended—this place is a true gem and one of our favorite stays in Vietnam

It was so clean and amazing location. The pool was so lovely especially to cool down in the summer heat. The room was spacious even with such a huge bed. The family were so sweet, let us extend our stay for a late checkout and got some purses as a little souvenir. Probably my favorite place to stay in during my travels so far

The staff were absolutely the highlight! The most kind and hospitable people ever - could not do enough for us. I loved the pool area super relaxing and comfortable loungers. Rooms were also well air conditioned very refreshing. Breakfast was amazing you order the night before and there was a great selection
