We stayed at this place during our trip to Ninh Binh and we highly recommend it! The accommodation is very welcoming and the owner (or the staff) was always extremely helpful and kind. Breakfasts were delicious, carefully prepared, and the perfect way to start the day. Our room was spacious and equipped with air conditioning, so it was very comfortable even during the hottest hours. Another big plus was the laundry service and motorbike rental available directly at the property — super convenient and efficient. The owner was truly exceptional: we decided to extend our stay by two nights and it was no problem at all. On the day of our departure, since our bus was leaving late in the evening, she kindly let us keep the room until 9:00 PM at no extra cost. We really appreciated this gesture! In conclusion, this is a place we wholeheartedly recommend for its service quality, hospitality, and overall experience. Thank you so much!

Had a great stay here! The woman who runs the place was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy, no complaints at all. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk into the center of Tam Coc. Overall, amazing value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Super nice breakfast with lots of options, great bed and good value for money. Amazing service from the staff. We rented a motorbike and its tire popped. She said she would fix it and give us another bike without extra costs. Also got a small snack box with water from the staff when we left for our busride
