The lady who ran it was so kind and helpful. Rented bikes from the homestay for a very cheap price as well

Fantastic place, definitely recommend, good price / quality. Tidy and clean room, first time in Vietnam I had a window with mosquito net, so was able to open it and falling asleep on the rain sound. The house lady is super nice, very attentive and makes your breakfast right next to you (she made an omelette with fresh veggies and baguette one day and a banana pancake with honey the other day). She has bicycles (50k) and motorbike (130k) on site to rent. We could store our bags after checkout and could use the shower, when we came back. Best!
