Super modern dorms with excellent storage and good privacy, and aircon worked really well. You can also hire bicycles for free which is great for exploring the local area & free breakfast always a bonus!

Such good value for money, breakfast included was nice, got free bikes and quite a central location for the town and the lying mountain nearby

Was a little suspicious at first since it’s incredibly cheap but everything exceeded my expectations. Clean and spacious rooms en suite. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. You can also use their bicycles for free to explore Ninh Binh. The location is perfect, not too far from the top spots

The staff are amazing. Every staff member is super nice, helpful and present with every question or need you may have. Special shout out to Justin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms are clean, comfy, safe, locks are provided. Good shower pressure and stable hot water. Toothbrushes are provided if needed. In house laundry if needed. Scooters and bicycles are available for rent at the property. I really enjoyed the second floor huge outside terrace for evening talks with home or just chilling.
