We had the loveliest time at this hotel. The room was beautiful and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They organised a moped, bicycles and even our transport to sapa for us. The breakfasts were also delicious - couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Extremely friendly staff, offering lots of help and suggestions. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean. I am more than happy to recommend this hotel, which, by the way, has now changed its name to Sueno

Huyen was very kind and helpful - he was genuinely the nicest person we have met on our travels! Our bus from Phong Nha was significantly delayed which meant we arrived here at 5am, and Huyen made sure we got checked in and got to our room right away. He also recommended lots of sight seeing for us while we were in Ninh Binh and we had the best time! We rented bicycles for just 50k per day which was great to get around. Our room was comfortable, clean and the location of this property was excellent. Breakfast was great too with a good selection and tasty food. Thank you to the lovely staff in this hotel - everyone was so kind :)
