Our whole stay at sparrow's song Homestay was lovely. The owner is so nice and told us about all of the good spots to visit around Ninh binh and Tom coc. We had to change our room late in the evening because the air con was not working but the owner was very helpful and it was no problem to change rooms. Pool was lovely and we could even stay after check out.

The rooms were lovely and quite spacious, with a great view of the pool area. The staff were exceptional and very friendly! They helped us with any and every query we had.

Perfect location, Miss Ngoc spoke excellent English and was a good host who arranged motorbike hireage for us and a tour. She was super friendly and helpful whenever we required assistance. Staff were friendly even though they could not speak English. Translation app was very handy. Food was great.

Hostess was really nice and hospitable. She helped us out with all the facilities and arrangements. Very sweet and kind. The stay was incredible, room was clean, tidy and ventilation was good. Staff were kind and sweet too.
