I had a pleasant stay. I booked three nights and would come again. The location is perfect. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious, and I had everything I needed. The street noise was a bit annoying in the morning, but otherwise everything was great.

This was my favourite stay so far in Vietnam ! The room is exactly as seen in pictures - spacious, clean & very comfortable. It’s also in a great location where you’re very close to the local restaurants but far away from the noise. The family is the best part about the homestay - so welcoming and friendly, and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see in Ninh Binh.

That receptionist was the sweetest! So kind, helpful, always smiling. She even got up at 4 am for us to check in, made us a fantastic breakfast—we had a great time there. The rooms were nice, spacious, clean, comfy beds. Easy walk to town, and you can rent bikes/motorbikes or book tours right there. It had everything we needed. :)
