The location for the hotel is perfect. Close to the small town of Tam Coc, but completely emersed in nature, with the most stunning limestone mountain scenery surrounding you. The staff, including housekeeping, reception, and gardeners, worked exceptionally hard and were also ready to greet you with a smile and hello. It really is the most enchanting boutique resort. it's idilic. We stayed in the Nature villa which had a private seating area to the rear overlooking the lake and then a veranda at the front with views of the mountains - it was like the film set from jurassic park ( minus the dinosaurs). And the pool and area are absolutely stunning Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a unique property in the perfect location

The villa was so spacious. And the bath with view - amazing! We also celebrated our 30th anniversary and Jiva Hoa Lu made it special. The reception staff, with special mention of Dan and Mike, was super helpful and friendly and could all speak a good English. We booked spa treatments and it was so good that we booked for the next day as well. Language barrier during breakfast was challenging, but the last morning ,Gang/Kang, made us feel welcome. The retreat wasn't too busy, so we loved having the pool to ourselves early morning after a 10km run. There was also a service to drop us off and collect again in the evening if we wanted to go to town. Alternatively we used the bicycles if we just wanted to ride around. I think that it is quite challenging to maintain the big and beautiful gardens, but they were working at it every day. We really enjoyed our stay.

This brand new retreat is visually stunning. On the site of an old temple, everything looks amazing and is so well designed. The main concierge gentleman is extraordinarily good - helped with anything he could, so communicative, quick and empathetic. They processed our laundry at 7pm at night and ready for early afternoon the next day. The room was perfect. So big with a gorgeous bathroom and very wide bed. The breakfast was great. Location wise it's 5min drive from Tam Coc and staff always sorted us taxis and once drove us to a nearby restaurant (Tam Coc itself is full of young British, Aussie and French tourists). We booked this for Valentine's as a retreat from the backpacking life. We are a gay couple and felt so so welcome. Thank you.

Location was peaceful and quiet, away from main town of Tam Coc but close enough to stroll in or use the hotel bikes to ride in. Villa was large, well equipped and beautifully designed. Welcome fruit was a thoughtful addition. Surrounding natural landscape is exceptional. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice of Vietnamese and international dishes.
