The location. You see giant sandstone crests from your room! Nothing can replace this. The breakfast is also great! They provide free cycles, which is very convenient. They also provide transport facilities at 10% discount to market. We have booked all our airport pick up / drops with them. No one could beat their prices.

This was possibly one of the most welcoming and kind stays we have ever stayed at. We were not too sure what to expect initially as some of the reviews were slightly mixed, however this place was really the highlight of our Vietnam trip. We arrived really early on the first day as our sleeper bus ended up cutting down a lot of time, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and sorted out our rooms and checked us in much earlier than we were supposed to be there so we could get some rest. They provided great service and were very thoughtful and understanding of our situation, we felt extremely welcome and well taken care of. We thought the breakfast and food was also lovely and that the variety was well suited to the size of the resort. There is really not many homes and so I don’t think its fair to expect a hotel style variety, regardless there was a lot of options for different taste palettes and the chefs even made us some Pho on our last day. We also thought the bikes and motorcycles were in fantastic condition, we had been travelling around Vietnam for a while and have ridden much much worse than what the retreat offered, and we didn’t see or here of any rodents either. The place was very clean and very comfortable and we felt very safe and peaceful there the whole time. I believe that the resort is also very fantastic at responding to constructive criticism, which is why I don’t think we experienced any of the previous issues other guests might have dealt with. Overall it was a beautiful and magical stay and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely caring stay with absolutely everything to offer!
