We were there for 3 nights. The staff, the food and the room were great! We have nothing to complain about and would go here again and again. Ninh Binh is super nice and the stay at the Chay Mountain Retreat made it even more beautiful.

Modern rooms in a wonderful, peaceful setting in Trang An. The whole staff, but especially Mr. Van, were very helpful and kind, which contributed to our stay being even more enjoyable. Breakfast choices were sufficient.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and what truly stood out was the friendliness, warmth, and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming, they even gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. The facilities are fantastic, and one of the best points is that they offer free bicycles for guests to use, which is perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, close to nature, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, confortable and had views of the countryside. It was also very quiet, you hardly hear any noise from other guests. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a calm place to disconnect with excellent service.

Fantastic place! Great accommodation, great rooms, great scenery, great staff. I really recommend it. It is not far from the city, taxis come very easily. After we checked out on our last day, the staff allowed us to use the pool and provided towels. Totally worth it.
