A beautiful little home stay with swimming pool, breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was extremely helpful in finding us transportation to our next destination! The location is a little out of town but there are lots of things around to see! The hosts offer bicycles and motorbikes to get around

Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast provided was nice as was all the other food served in the restaurant. Kind and helpful family, can arrange tours and bus tickets through the home stay. The property is a little outside of tam coc but there was bike hire at the property and taxis were easy to get.

Beds are very comfy with quiet location. Easy sleep after a long-distance from Ha Noi. Breakfast is included with fruit, egg and others. Ninh Binh is wonderfull with friendly people. Could take bike or motorbike go to around explore Tam Coc.

The breakfast was so good, it was buffet with fruits, Vietnamese food and European breakfast.The atmosphere was very nice, incredible for this price.
