The hotel is very comfortable, clean, nice, with spacious rooms. It is a true pleasure to stay there - feels very safe and very cosy. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. And breakfast is rich, with a good variety of dishes. I love staying here and this will remain my hotel destination in Ningbo.

Location and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast quality is exceptional (Chinese options anyway).
