Really nice property, walking distance from all the restaurants Nin has to offer. Big supermarket opposite and 2 bakeries at the end of the road. A few beaches within walking distance. Parking on the property. Nice pool. Entire property very well kept and Anita the host couldn’t have been more helpful.

This house is amazing. The pool is stunning and the old house beside it is a real surpruse with a full barbeque and dining area it is so amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The house is well stocked with anything you need for a self caterig stay. The supermarket and bakery are less than 2.mi utes walk. Anita is the host and is so helpful and friendly. She lives in the same building but never bothers you unless you need her. The town of Nin is beautiful and only a short walk from the house. Highly reccomend this house for a holiday

We stayed at this property and can say with conviction that this is one of the best properties on our trip to Croatia. The property has its own private off Street parking and separate entrance. Everything I side of the property including all fixtures and fittings boasts high quality used materials which manifests that the owners of this property have put their heart and soul whilst building it. The floor throughout the property was freshly polished and it gleamed throughout our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your cooking needs and then some. The lounge was spacious with a comfortable sofa that can accommodate the whole family while you enjoy a nice movie. The location was very central with the old twon centre a 10 mins walk away and shops/cafes less than 2 mins walk away. The bathroom again was built with great spec and was squeaky clean as it should be. The property was equipped with a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. All the rooms had comfortable mattresses along with plush pillows and you could really enjoy a deep comfortable sleep. The pool was of a decent size and was in immaculate condition. The water was fresh and clean and we all enjoyed many hours of pool fun during our stay. There are plenty of opportunities to use the comfortable sun loungers during the use of pool or just to sun bathe. Towels were provided to use by the pool and also for daily use. The outhouse by the pool is the epitmoy of craftsmanship. It has a great story behind it and provided a cosy place to have food with the whole family around. This place deserves nothing less than a 10. Above all, Anita (our beautiful host) had been a genuine, caring and very accommodating host one could ask for. She was very open and assisted us with any queries we had. Anita really does go above and beyond to help others, she just is a deep, caring and decent soul. I will most definitely stay here next time I visit.
