There are 6 apartments in total (1 permanently occupied by owners and 5 for renting). The building is 3 floors high so 2 apartments per one floor. Each rental apartment got its own parking spot on the property. The bedroom window is facing the parking yard. The living room/kitchen is facing the pool area (view from our apartment #5 on the top floor was great - the old Nin and Ždrijac beach with kite surfing school). The owners are super nice, the lady speaks fluent German and simple English, her husband speaks German and few words in English. Regarding the apartment, adults in our case slept on the sofa but it was quite comfortable. Kids slept in the bedroom, their mattresses were quite soft. In general, we like the apartment and love the view. The pool was clean. PS: deposit 150 EUR in cash is required during the check in and it is returned during the check out.
