It is hard to review this place because we ended up loving our stay here, but we had a number of issues with our room (see below). The location makes this place - right on the beautiful Nilaveli beach - the beach is stunning, really unspoilt/hardly developed. White sand, beautiful sea for swimming. We loved having the pool and staying right on such a beautiful beach. The hotel is OK and for the price point was OK - there are very few mid range hotels nearby, especially with a pool. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The other positives - the beds were comfy, spacious room, they kept our room really clean, fresh towels every day, water provided every day in our room, there was a fridge in our room which we hadn't expected and was very welcome.

The hotel was very nice and clean and next door to a great diving center! But the staff really made the vacation great! We had lovely helping staff throughout the stay especially Danu and with the other staff members he made the stay very pleasant. Would really recommend to anyone wanting to go to nilaveli:)

The staff were incredibly sweet and really helped out in many small ways. The room was very comfortable and the location absolutely beautiful. We went in low season and the beach was so quiet and the sun beds free. It's a perfect place for reading and swimming all day.

The property is excellently located in front of a small beach that feels private. The beach is quite shallow at the beginning so it’s perfect for people who don’t swim and children. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and the view was amazing! It’s perfectly located next to a diving center where you can book a trip to Pidgeon island to do diving or snorkeling. I fell asleep on the beach multiple times as it was so calm and peaceful. We already miss this place so I definitely recommend it
