Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00. Dinner is served promptly at 18:30.Vegan dinner options are available.A shuttle from the hotel to Tobu Nikko Train Station is offered at 09:30 daily. Pickup service from Tobu Nikko Train Station is offered from 15:00 to 17:00 daily.Please note that restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after this timePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Nice guesthouse with a rather informal atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The area is nice and green, the hosts are super friendly and helpful (e.g. arranging shuttles to and from the Nikko station). Dinner and breakfast is available on site (if you order in advance), which was great too.

Loved the location. Nice walk into town, to various bus stops, train station, etc, but far enough out so that it's quiet with a more natural feeling. Loved the outside seating, most places in the town close 20:00 or earlier so it was nice having somewhere to sit outside in the evening. Easy to get to the main temples/tourist routes. The bathroom is amazing.

The hosts were very kind, very nice to have smiling people to talk with. The atmosphere, the warmth of the hostel alone has already convinced me. I also liked the breakfast the morning (delicious French toast) and the dinners also with a fire which creates a particular ambiance, it's a real chalet in the woods, I love it.
