Breakfast is served from Monday till Friday between 07:00 and 10:30 and on Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 and 11:00 at the lobby.Please note that it is possible to leave your luggage when you arrive before 15:00.A fine of EUR 150 will be applicable if guests smoke inside the hotel room.Please note that if you come by car and you use a navigation system, please use 'Voorstadslaan 1' as the address and not the original hotel address. Please note that the stairs at the hotel are very steep.Please note that the different room types are located in different buildings.

The hotel is small but quite nice overall. I really appreciated the little touches like the kayori premium soap — definitely a step above the usual hotel toiletries and made the stay feel a bit more special. The room was clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was polite. All in all, a good stay — but it’s hard to overlook the price. The hotel is seriously overpriced for what it offers, though to be fair, that seems to be the case across the entire city.
