Located at the heart of Niigata, in the old part of the city, close to the river, the Hakusan Park, the Ryutopia Performing Arts Centre, and 10 minutes away from the sea side. Hotel staff is very friendly, delicious Japanese breakfast. The building is a bit old, but the rooms are comfortable, and the nights are very quiet!

The breakfast was nice, the location was very good too - close to the main part of the city and various buses.
