It’s exactly what was described in the listing. Unlike many reviews by previous guests, I didn’t have any issue with the bed.

Room was perfectly located. Two minute walk to the beach. Nice balcony as well. I appreciated that.

Very well located. Near to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the tram stop. Clean and bright studio.

The property is a nice, clean and bright bedsit located close to the beach and promenade. It has a small balcony with partial dunes view. We could use the bicycle shed in the basement. The owner was swiftly available for assitance by phone.
