Everything was as it is listed on booking. We had a very pleasent stay and no issues at all. The appartment is located really close to the train station - so coming from or going to the airport (or other places accesible via train) is really comfortable. There are many shops and stores located closely. Nice is a very walkable city but if you seek for public transportation there are bus and tram stations located nearby. The appartment is fully furnished with everything you would need for a short or longer stay (kitchen, washing machine, iron, spare beddings, hair dryer- also detergents for the machines). Definitively would check out again if I ever visit Nice again.

A little cozy apartment with everything you need. Very good location near the tram station and at a walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and well organised by the host.
