We had the best stay of our trip at this beautiful apartment in Nice! Located on the 5th floor, there are a few stairs to climb, but we honestly didn’t mind it was absolutely worth it for the fantastic location and peaceful atmosphere. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet the apartment itself is quiet and calm, making it perfect for relaxing after a day out. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around super convenient.

Brilliant location, very helpful host and Prosecco and chocolates on arrival was a sweet touch. The host was very prompt to reply to our messages.

Absolutely perfect location in the old town. Quiet, the building had character, lots of facilities in the apartment including washing machine and good cooking facilities. Beds comfortable, linen clean. Bath towels could do with replacing and no bath mat. There is air con - an absolute must in the summer and there were electric fans for each bedroom. Little bit of a faff getting the table and chairs out each time we are but not a huge problem. There is a smaller high table with bar stools so you don’t necessarily need to take out the fold-away table and chairs if you are a couple. Little thoughtful extras too like a beach umbrella and clothes drier were really good.
