I really liked and enjoyed the stunning view and the place itself: short ways to the beach, to public transport and supermarket, bakery, etc. Raphaël was a very kind host: I was travelling alone so he offered me his help whenever I needed. He kept contact through my weeks in Nice - which was for me very comforting. Especially when I had a medical emergency he offered his help instantly. I really appreciate that!

The apartment was great and comfortable. The sea view was stunning. Very good location. Close to the sea and promenade. Tram stop and supermarket nearby. With tram easy to access the airport and city. We realy loved the place and would like to come again.

Property was so good! 11 floor (with lift 😃)…. just imagine the view. …5 minutes from the beach! Very good connection from airport. Clean, all you need is there. Very helpful host!
