Amazing location. Very clean, decently sized, air con in room, with mini kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine & kettle). Liked the way an iron and hairdryer were both provided. Perfect for a solo traveler.

My experience of staying in this apartment block was that I can see it may not be to everyone's liking, but I felt it suited my needs perfectly, was excellent value for money and I would happily stay there again and recommend it to others. I had a great stay there. It does seem like some of the more negative experiences reported by others in the past have since been addressed. My experience was that my room was very clean - no complaints there. The bathroom is nice, it looks like it is quite new and the shower is lovely and hot, with a powerful large waterfall shower head (or there is a smaller normal shower head also if prefer to ise that). The shower is spacious. There were some sachets of liquid soap provided, but you may want to bring more if needed. Toilet roll is provided and the cleaners can refill this during your stay if you need and will also take out rubbish bags if these need emptied while you are there. There were plenty if towels. There are lots of sockets in the apartment. The door feels secure and can lock it securely from the inside. The window has old, pretty venetian shutters, which are not in the best working condition, however there is also an electric shutter that you can have down and it blacks out the light pretty well. The apartments are extremely centrally located in Nice - right on the main highstreet, so there is understandably noise throughout day and to an extent the night, so if this could be an issue, this might not be the best place to stay. However I am a very light sleeper, yet I slept very well with my usual earplugs in, the window shut and the electric shutter down. The bed is a double and very comfortable. The kitchen facilities are very adequate for a short stay, with a fridge, a small freezer compartment, cutlery, dishes, tea towel, sponge, a microwave & a kettle. The apartment is several flights of stairs up, but there is an interesting vintage lift which works well, if preferred.

I really like the location of the property. It is right in the middle and everything to explore is nearby.
