The apartment and its location were awesome, so close to the sea and to the grocery stores.All the necessary facilities were included that made our holiday even more pleasant and easy. The landlord was extremely kind and pleasant. During the time when we stayed there, he helped us with all our questions!

We had an amazing stay at Neo's place! The flat was charming, just steps away from Promenade Des Anglais and the beach and 10 minute to Nice center by tram. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, we had plenty of room to relax and unwind. Additionally, there were some really good bakeries nearby, as well as some very interesting international restaurants, that Neofytos help as to discover. Not cheap, but an excellent value for money in comparison to our alternatives in Nice.
