Absolutely fantastic location in Nice, right in the heart of it with a balcony that overlooks the main square/street. The balcony was my favourite part, with a table and chairs to eat breakfast/drink coffee. Very nice shower, comfortable bed, dresser, and washing machine.

Very good instruction for getting into the room. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. The location was EXCELLENT. 1 min walk from the room to Massena Square to the Tram station. Only 4 min walk to the beach. Will clearly try to stay there again !!!

It is in a superb location in the city centre, near a supermarket, a free tour point, and many other amenities.
