Great location near the shops in the heart of Nice. Nice to have kitchen facilities. The hot water went off on day two but owner Riccardo was really responsive to messages to try and help fix it and did a video call with us to get it back on.

The apartment is great and has everything you need. All the public transportation stations are just a minute or two away. However, everything in Nice was a walking distance (15-20 min walk) from the apartment and only 3min away from the main square, so we ended up not using the public transportation pass we purchased. The apartment has towels, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen etc. The view from the terrace is buildings but that’s fine because you have everything else. There are also very nice ambient lights in the apartment.

location was amazing! Many shops and restaurants near the area. Tram stations were less than a 5 minutes walk. Also easy check in.
