Had everything we needed and great access for walking to shops, old town, sea, restaurants. Our host was very responsive - we would happily return when in Nice again

It was located well to food and transport and hostess was very helpful with directions to local laundry and direction re moving in

The apartment was easy to reach (station Liberation with tram line 1). You will get a code for the gate and afterwards a code for the keybox. At first I have to admitt I was a little bit worried, since the apartment is on groundfloor and the door is not soundproofed, that it would be very loud. But the neighbors are quite quiet and in the end it was the ventilation (permanently active) and the fridge (you can turn that off) that bothered me most (but I also need to mention that my sleep is unfortunately not very deep). I used earplugs and could sleep very well! It is a one-room-apartment with an extra bathroom, everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a washing machine and heating. The kitchenette was well equipped (f.e. waterboiler, pots, cutlery, 2 heatplates, dishes, ...). There is also a small nice terrace outside in front of the room! The window is soundproof so when it is closed you will not hear very much from the surroundings. Some complained about the construction site which is there at the moment. They started at 7.30h but when the window was closed I did not hear much from this, too! Since the temperature was fine I didn't use the A.C. Most important to me: the host Katja was perfect! She was reachable at any times and was very kind and helpful. She arranged an early check-in for me so I could enjoy my sunday even more. She offered me to check the ventilation but as I wrote: I used earplugs which was fine for me.

Amazing small , very clean apartment in a cosy area of Nice , very well located in a quiet garden . It is an older building with a new renovated cozy apartment, good soundproof walls, comfortable bed with a good orthopedic madras. There is a well equipped kitchen , and even coffee machine. Washing machine as well. Many cosy decorations .. An outside terasse was very nice to enjoy a drink in the evening . The very nice neighbors, quiet and polite.. you feel very welcomed there.. It was great to have a self check in possibility and not to be dependent on anyone to wait.. and with the check out as well. The owner was in contact all the time and gave us a lot of local tips and advises. Next time we will come to Nice, we will definitely come back ! Thank you so much!
