As per the heading, this accommodation was exceptional! The hosts, David & Emma set the tone with their communication before arrival and the warm personal welcome. They were also very helpful in providing”local knowledge” advice on dining options and taxi services. All with a positive and genuine engagement. Every aspect of the apartment is spot on! Two split air conditioning units added to the comfort of our stay, which was during a heat wave. The location provides easy access to all the Old Town has to offer, whilst also providing easy access to everything else Nice offers. If we return to Nice for yet another visit, the timing will be dependent on the availability of this apartment again! What else is there to say, other than that a 10/10 is an understatement of how good this accommodation is!

The flat is well located in easy reach of shops, restaurants, the Promenade des Anglais, the tram and there is a bakery 50 yards from the front door for breakfast croissants and bread. It was also quiet and warm.

The location was absolutely the beat, street views from all windows where great, staff where great. Facilities where there, all great.
