Location was good. One block back from the beach and one block back from the Hotel Negresco. Close to the "Blue" tram-line and easy walk (5 - 10 minutes) to the main restaurant district which was further up the Rue de France, and Place de Messena for the shopping and the transfer to the "Red" tram-line. Air-conditioners worked very well and was needed. Very convenient to have the Super U supermarket and the local Boulangerie and the bottom of the building.
