Great location, right in the middle of Nice. Close to attractions and coast. All attractions walking distance.

We visited Nice in February and we loved our stay. The apartment has just been fully renovated, everything is new and top-notch! The host was very kind, communication and check-in simple. Apart from the main bed, which was super comfy, the additional bed was a convertible couch with a real mattress. The entire apartment and the bathroom were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony is nice: you can see Jean Medecin from the balcony. The location is very central but it's calm in the apartment.
