The studio is very clean and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. The shower is superb. I'm grateful for an efficient air-con. Location is perfect, surrounded by shops and places to eat, as well as a very short distance from Place Massena. The beach is a short distance also, very clean and the water is irresistible. Don't panic about details of finding the studio, as full instructions with photos are sent shortly before your arrival. The communal space/courtyard outside the property is unassuming and is the service/delivery area for several restaurants, BUT THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM! I would return in a heartbeat.

Location, clear and unambiguous entry instructions, comfortable and well equipped practical space. All that you needed for a short stay.
